[UPDATED – November 1, 2011]

After years of copious sex with numerous partners, drinking booze to excess, smokes, and drugs; endless performances in concert, on tour, and in studios; after years of sleep deprivation, staying up until all hours of the night or into the next day’s morning; after years of questionable diets and physical activity; what would you look like?

  1. I think the runaways win this competition :)

  2. M'lu says:

It’s fairly obvious, from these pictures anyway, who had work done and who did not! That being said, over all, I feel the females fared much better than the males!

  3. dasragon says:

    what about Ritchie Blackmore?

  4. donald says:

Pat benatar and Joan Jett still lookin’ fine but Madonna…YIKES!!! Its true the guys didn’t age gracefully probably cuz of the sex…drugs…and rockin’, roll. Now they be needin’ the big blue V pill for the sex part anyhow…is my guess.

  5. NOSactivated says:

It is obvious that Paul McCartney has Dentures. His face is symptomatic in features with those people who have dentures.

  6. Daniel says:

Stevie Nicks – timeless beauty, timeles music… <3<3<3

  7. John says:

How could you leave Mr Mark Knopfler out? Or Eric Clapton? Come on!

  8. Marlene says:

Stevie Nicks and Cherie Currie still look great. Joan wins though, she looks very much the same.

  9. Plasnisk says:

    Solo david bowie a mejorado

  10. Alberto says:

all the Rolling Stones are here !

  11. Manuel says:

    Madonna is not a rocker.

  12. Mr P says:

Maybe there is a bit of photo bias, but it’s interesting to see which of them look happier now than in the past.
Also Joan Jett looks stunning for 50 plus and Cherie Currie looks way batter in the later photo.

  13. David Coverdale still looks ok… So does Robert Plant… And some of the Motley Crue guys actually look better now than in the 80s – the make up they were wearing made them look too … feminine… Now at least they look like bad ass men.

  14. JoJo says:

I think C.C. looks better now than he did then. Just sayin’.
